Course “Emplatado Artístico”
An excelent course to improve your ham plates presentations. You will obtain the differentiating element for your restaurant, business, home, etc.
Course Details
- Duration: 8 hours (1 day)
- Participants: Minimum 1 and maximum 5
- Target: Ham Lovers and profesionals with médium and advanced level, who like to improve their knowhow.
- Goal: Improve your ham plates presentations in an artistic, professional, creative, striking and different way.
- Includes: 1 cereal feed iberian ham Julián Becerro by assistant, insurance of civil responsibility, entrance to the museum “Espacio del Jamón”, diploma accrediting of attendance to the course, embroidered apron and the vacuum packing of the ham that has sliced.
- Program: Presentation of cut dishes, choice of plate or tray depending on the work, different thicknesses and sizes of the slice depending on the work to be done, the perfect slice, general plating, artistic plating, practical examples of presentations.
During the course audiovisuals will be screened: «Aprende a cortar jamón con Virgilio Sánchez», «Platos de presentación» and «Presentar un plato artístico de jamón de tirón”
- Price per person: € 450 (in groups of 3 to 5 people)
- Groups of less than 3 people or individual «master class» have a supplement of € 50 per person.
- If you want to provide the ham for the course, we discount €100 of the final price.
