Workshop “Cata a Ciegas”
During this activity, our master cutter Virgilio Sánchez will give us to try different types of ham without knowing what each one is. The pairing will be made with Spanish Cava, this beverage will help us cleanse the palate between tasting and tasting without masking the different nuances of each kind of ham.
